Posting limits

NegiFlow publishes through shared LinkedIn and Meta apps, so it keeps every account well inside what the channels allow.

How often you can post

• Up to 5 posts per account in any 24 hours.
• At least 30 minutes between two posts on the same account.
• Up to 25 posts per workspace in any 24 hours, across all its accounts.

If a time would go over one of these, NegiFlow says so when you schedule, and you pick another time.

Repeated posts

• The same text can't go to the same account twice within 30 days.
• Two of your accounts on the same channel, such as two Facebook Pages, can't share the same text within 7 days. Change a few words for each one.
• The same text on Facebook and Instagram is fine.
• A longer post (15 words or more) that another NegiFlow customer published in the last 7 days can't be posted again. Short common posts, like a holiday greeting, aren't affected.

Change the wording and it counts as a new post. Channels treat repeated text as spam, and it can get an account limited.

Instagram images

Instagram takes JPEG images only. When you add a PNG or WebP image to an Instagram post, NegiFlow converts it to JPEG for you.
