Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every workspace starts on the Free plan, which never ends and needs no card. Free includes 1 AI post every 24 hours, as many posts as you write yourself, up to 3 channels and 1 brand.
What counts as a channel?
Each account you connect: a LinkedIn profile, a Facebook Page or an Instagram account. Two Facebook Pages are two channels.
What's an AI post?
One idea, written by AI for every channel you pick. Posting the same idea to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram counts once.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, on paid plans. Add it in Settings › Models and your posts have no AI limit.
How do scheduled posts go out?
Facebook and Instagram posts go out on their own at the time you pick. LinkedIn doesn't allow that, so NegiFlow emails you when a LinkedIn post is due and you publish it with one click.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing you've made is lost. You can't add more until your count starts again or you upgrade. Settings › Usage shows where you're at.
How do I upgrade?
Choose a plan on Pricing or in Settings › Billing and pay by card. It starts straight away.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time in Manage billing. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay the difference. A downgrade starts at the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel any time in Manage billing: you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part of a month or year, except where Australian Consumer Law says we must. If something's gone wrong, email us.
What happens to a 7-day trial I already started?
It runs until its last day, then your workspace moves to Free.
What currency are prices in?
Australian dollars. There's no GST.
Can I get a custom plan?
Yes. Choose Talk to us on the Custom plan and we'll set up limits that fit how you work.
Where is my data kept, and is it shared?
We use trusted providers such as Vercel, Supabase and Cloudflare, some of which store data outside Australia. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. The Privacy Policy has the details.
