Connectors

LinkedIn

Connect your personal LinkedIn profile to publish posts as yourself.

Connect your LinkedIn profile, and NegiFlow can publish the posts you approve as you.

Note

NegiFlow publishes to your personal profile. Publishing to a LinkedIn Company Page isn't available yet.

Connect LinkedIn

  1. In the side menu, select Connectors.
  2. Select Connect next to LinkedIn, and sign in to LinkedIn if it asks.
  3. Check what NegiFlow is asking for, then select Allow.
  4. Back on Connectors, LinkedIn shows as Connected, with your name.

What NegiFlow can access

NegiFlow asks LinkedIn for:

  • your name, profile photo and email address, so it can show which account is connected
  • permission to create posts on your behalf, which it only uses for posts you've approved

It can't read your messages or your connections.

What you can post

A LinkedIn post can be text only, or text with one image. To add an image, select Add an image (optional) while you review the post. Images can be JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB. Once the post is published, NegiFlow deletes its copy of the image.

When the connection ends

LinkedIn connections last about 60 days. After that, Connectors shows LinkedIn as Connection expired. Select Reconnect and approve NegiFlow again on LinkedIn.

To stop NegiFlow publishing to LinkedIn, select Disconnect on Connectors, then confirm. Posts scheduled to LinkedIn stop too.

Using your own app ID and secret

You don't need a LinkedIn developer app. NegiFlow connects through its own LinkedIn app, and connecting through your own app ID and secret isn't available yet.
